The AutoCheck service offers an instant service and is fully performed once the search results are provided. You acknowledge this means that YOU LOSE YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE AUTOCHECK SERVICE AND RECEIVE A REFUND either pursuant to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or pursuant to the Terms and Conditions.
If you have purchased the multiple AutoCheck product, you have a right to cancel any unused checks within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund as follows:
